What we collect

When you contact us via WhatsApp, phone or the website, we collect the contact details you share (name, phone number, organisation) and the content of your enquiry.

Our AI voice agents, when deployed for a client programme, process call audio and transcripts solely to deliver that programme. Voice data is processed on behalf of the client and is not used to train models or sold to third parties.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver contracted voice-agent services, improve service reliability, and meet legal obligations under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

Retention & your rights

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us on WhatsApp at +91 99530 41439.

Third parties

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, telephony, speech AI) to deliver our services under contractual confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
