सिया

अयोध्या की यात्रा, हर सवाल का जवाब.

A voice assistant for devotees visiting Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir — darshan timings, the free pass, what to carry, how to reach, where to stay, and who to call in an emergency. Spoken, in Hindi or English, on any phone.

This is an AiSewak demonstration. सिया is not the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, not a government helpline, and not affiliated with either. Confirm anything that matters on srjbtkshetra.org before you travel.

Crores of devotees, and no one to ask

The information exists. It is spread across a trust portal, a district site, a railway enquiry, a weather bulletin and a police helpline list — and a first-time visitor has to find all five.

Confusion

The answer changes depending on where you look

Darshan timings were revised to a seven-slot schedule; older pages still carry the 2024 hours. Aggregators and guide sites publish tariffs and timings nobody has verified. A devotee planning from another state cannot tell which page is current.

Scams

Paid darshan is sold to people who don't know it's free

Every darshan and aarti pass is free on the official portal. The Trust has warned publicly that anyone charging for one is a fraud — but the warning only reaches devotees who already found the official site.

Access

The people with the most questions read the least

Elderly devotees, first-time travellers and families arriving from villages navigate booking portals, station enquiries and helpline menus. Reading is the barrier; speaking is not.

How सिया answers

One call, in your own language

सिया opens in Hindi and asks which language you want. Answer once and she stays in it for the whole call — no menu, no app, no typing.

She answers from a sourced knowledge base

124 entries built only from the temple trust, the Ayodhya district administration, UP Police, IMD, Indian Railways, UPSRTC, UP Tourism and PIB — each with its source and verification date.

Anything newer, she looks up live

Today's timing changes, VIP-visit closures, slot availability, festival dates, weather and flood warnings, train status — fetched mid-call from official sources only, never from aggregators.

She says so when nobody has published it

The knowledge base marks what is genuinely unavailable — parking tariffs, the Saryu aarti timing, a standalone dress-code order. On those she says the official information is not available instead of inventing an answer.

The whole journey, not just the darshan

Planning, travel, arrival, the queue, the stay, and the things that go wrong — twelve areas a devotee actually asks about.

Darshan

दर्शन और आरती

Seven darshan slots between 7 AM and 9 PM; Mangala, Shringar and Shayan aarti timings, and which need a pass.

Passes

सुगम दर्शन पास

Free booking on the official portal, when slots open, how many devotees per booking, and the ID you must carry.

Entry

प्रवेश और सुरक्षा

What you may carry in, what is prohibited, where lockers and cloakrooms are, and how the security queue works.

Offerings

प्रसाद और दान

Prasad availability, and the official donation channels — she recommends no private account, UPI id or link, ever.

Travel

हवाई, रेल, सड़क

Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Ayodhya Dham Junction, UPSRTC buses, and road distances from Lucknow, Varanasi and Delhi.

Local

स्थानीय आवागमन

Getting from the airport, station or bus stand to the temple, and what is known — and not known — about parking.

Stay

ठहरना और भोजन

Government hotels, dharamshalas and the district's official accommodation list, plus community kitchens and annadanam.

Access

बुज़ुर्ग, दिव्यांग, बच्चे

Wheelchairs, ramps and lifts, what families with infants should plan for, and guidance for pregnant devotees.

Health

चिकित्सा सुविधा

Medical posts, the district hospital and trauma line — she gives numbers and directions, never medical advice.

Emergency

पुलिस और आपात नंबर

112 first, always. Plus Women Power Line 1090, Child Helpline 1098, Elderline 14567 and tourist helpline 1363.

Safety

खोया-पाया और ठगी

Lost belongings and lost phones via CEIR, missing persons, and the paid-darshan scam warning with cybercrime 1930.

Seasons

मौसम और पर्व

Heat and monsoon guidance, Saryu flood warnings, and Ram Navami, Deepotsav and Makar Sankranti arrangements.

अभी सिया से बात करें

Click and role-play a devotee planning an Ayodhya trip. सिया first asks which language you'd like — Hindi or English — then stays in it for the whole call. Ask about darshan and aarti timings, the free Sugam Darshan pass, what you may carry in, travel by air, train or bus, where to stay, facilities for elderly or Divyangjan devotees, medical and emergency numbers, or festival dates. She can check official sources live mid-call. Allow microphone access when prompted.

Click the orb to start the call

सिया is an AI demo assistant. She is not the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, not a government helpline, and not affiliated with either. She books nothing, issues no pass, and takes no payment or donation — every darshan and aarti pass is free on the official portal, and anyone charging for one is a scam.

A helpline at a temple has to be careful

Devotees are trusting, crowds are large, and money is exactly what the scams are after. These are enforced in the agent, and scored on every call.

Not the Trust, and she says so

सिया declares she is an AI assistant, and that she is neither the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust nor a government helpline. She never claims to be a priest, an official or a human.

No money changes hands

She books nothing, issues no pass and accepts no payment or donation. She will not advise tipping or paying anyone, and repeats the Trust's warning that paid or VIP darshan does not exist.

Sourced facts or an honest gap

Every timing, helpline and rule comes from the knowledge base or a live official-source lookup. Where nothing official has been published, she says so rather than guessing.

Emergencies come first

A medical crisis, accident, crime or missing person routes to 112 before anything else — no lookup, no queue of questions. Every call is scored for compliance automatically.

Where the answers come from

The knowledge base was compiled only from Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra, the Ayodhya district administration, UP Police, the Press Information Bureau, Indian Railways and IRCTC, UPSRTC, UPSTDC and UP Tourism, Incredible India, the Airports Authority of India, IMD, and the CEIR and cybercrime portals. Hotel aggregators and local guide sites are recorded only to flag conflicts — never quoted as fact.

Live lookups during a call are restricted to the same set of official domains. Where sources disagree, the knowledge base keeps both readings and the agent explains the conflict rather than silently picking one — the two Ram Navami dates, for instance, are given as Smarta and Vaishnava observances, not merged.
